All of our items are custom made just for you in United States, Latvia, and/or China depending on item and your location.
Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 - 5 business days.
Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the items to arrive via shipping within USA, 6 - 12 days to Canada, and 10 - 25 days for international orders.
Additional charges such as international customs fee may apply, conversion rates charged by your credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment company.

Shipping price includes sales tax and processing fees.
RETURNS
Although your order is custom made just for you, we’ll still gladly take it back for exchange or store credit.
UNITED24 proceeds are not refundable.
The store credit can be used to purchase other items in the store.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns after 14 days of when your order was delivered.
Shipping returns are at your own cost. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
